I have several large plumerias. One of them started this year with some very wierd growth. The leaves appear to develop the main vein, but no leaf!
The stalk that produces flowers also is forming wierdly, and not producing.
The plumeria is about 10 ft tall, and about 1/2 to 2/3 of the leaves are like this.
My other plumerias near by appear normal (can see leaves from OTHER plumeria behind the one I am showing in the picture).
I've never seen anything like this!
