My condolences Dennis. Your daylily is a wonderful tribute. I named my first ones for my father and mother. Dad was already gone to be with the Lord but Mom got to pick daylilies for both of them a few years before she went to join him. Their grandchildren are happily growing the namesake daylilies.
I was urged by a friend to register something and name it for my parents so that got me started. I'm glad your father got to know about his daylily.
