Mix a little peroxide with the water you water them with. I use about two cap full per quart. This will take care of the problem, because it will kill any fungus in the soil that attracts the gnats. This new potting soil called organic has a lot of rotted matter and it will grow fungus. Do the peroxide everytime you water and keep that fungus under control. Thumbs up
