We used Muncher tonight since I have them pickable now. Bet, I plan on sending you the 'Artist Hybrid Cucumbers' I grew - flavor is good and they produced like crazy for me. Our salad was avocado sliced in chunks, cherry tomatos halved, cucumbers in bite size pieces with a soft cheese in small chunks,(we use Oaxaca but there are others like a mozzarella that can be used) and this is drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. (I also shave some red onion onto it) I love that salad.
So many roads to take, choices to make, and laughs to share!
