This link advises 0.1% H2O2 to water or mist plants,
for soaking seeds or washing sprouts,

Starting with 3% drugstore-strength, not food-prep-cleaning strenegth:

0.1%:
1 quart water
+ 1 oz (2 TBLSP) of 3% H2O2)

or

1 gallon water
+ 1/2 cup of 3% H2O2

=========

The same site suggests double-strength (0.2%) for spraying on sick or fungusy-plants.

0.2%:
1 quart water + 1/4 cup = 2 oz of 3% H2O2
or
1 gallon water + 1 cup of 3% H2O2
