Hey, all... Need your opinion on something.

I live in a condo, and have a nice lawn. There is a neighbor across from me, and there are sidewalks coming from the parking area, to each of our places.

Even though the HOA is responsible for taking care of the front, I sometimes water my lawn, and have fertilized it some time ago. So, I get home from the store earlier, and got out of my car, and at the same time, saw someone pull up and get out of his car also. He has the brass set of balls to walk across my grass right in front of me, and went to my neighbor's condo. He made no effort to use the sidewalk. I even get on my boyfriend and my Dad when they do that, it rude and disrespectful. Everytime I would do that at my Dad's, he would comment "that's what sidewalks are for". So when my neighbor's visitor walked across my grass, I held my tongue, but it pissed me off. What do you all think I should do?
A transplanted New Yorker now living in Southern California..... Rudeness is the weak person's imitation of strength.
