Ok, i realize i'm not the first person in northern climate to think about this. I have the space and energy, i'm thinking why not buy a couple dozen arabica coffee plants and embark down 3-5 years journey and get it figured out to produce some brewable coffee beans.
Anyone tried this or suggestions? I was thinking small plants at first, hook up automated watering and temp control with led light -- everything indoor. Thoughts? thank you
