Hello everyone, it took me some time to post another update, but here I go.
I started to take a picture of each plant every 3-4 days to monitor the growth, so I uploaded images of one of them.
The plants have grown and seem to be doing well, but the growth seems to have slowed down quite a bit lately.

I am bottom watering them (I fill about 1/3 of the container with water, let them soak it for about 30 minutes and then I pour the rest of the water out).
I repeat this about every weeks. After watering I remove the hatch (I find that the hatch doesn't let almostany humidity out), wait until the top layer dries out a little bit (about two days) and then I put the hatch back on.
