Hi Yall!

As you know, I was up most of the night, thankfully slept as the new day dawned, and I yawned, still!

So not much cooking today, still have the London broil soup. Last night when I was wide awake (must have been the coffee I drank before leaving work), I looked up info/recipes for the London broil. Some recipes use flank steak! The London broil is approx 2 in thick!

Is that name, London broil, more of the way the meat is cooked rather than the actual cut of meat?

Debbie, Hope you enjoy the buffalo chicken dip! I included a link to Claire Tansey's Kitchen that includes a taco chicken slow cooker soup! I'm going to check it out!

@kqcrna, Karen, thanks for the info about the chicken buffalo dip. Though I am not a blue cheese fan, I appreciate you sharing your variation!

Here is a link to sheet pan London broil with asparagus and potatoes recipe, for you, kq!

This link also has other recipes, including Miso dumpling soup, caramel corn, and pretzels!

Here is a link to Claire Tansey's, cook and cookbook author, recipes (some for everyone, including creamy mashed potatoes, turkey burgers, no-knead bread and slow cooker taco chicken chili)!

For the grilling enthusiasts I saw a recipe for reverse sear London broil! It looked tasty!
When I looked up the recipe, I see many grilling recipes! Including a Cheeseburger Chowder!
That looks yummy in my tummy, and looks like it will be a hit at work!
Some co-workers get tired of beans!
This soup looks like rotel, and may be good with rotel. Looks more versatile than the rotel dip!
This site can change my mind about trying to eat only vegan!

I included a link to the beef recipes, then a link to the recipe files!

Well, the inauguration is almost over! Time to get back to business!
Including home business with cleaning, organizing and laundry!

Hope a new day is dawning!

That is a repetitive statement, since every day is a new day! Thumbs up
