The sourdough bread rolls don't look sour at all!
I want to say they are beautiful for body and soul, though it may be just for the soul!
I had a few extra minutes before leaving work, so tried to get ideas for my bean soup!
Looked at a lentil recipe that led me to this bread, baked like sandwich bread, without yeast!
