We had a taste of spring yesterday and today. Both sunny although today had some clouds mixed in. With the thick layer of frozen sleet on top the snow didn't melt as much as I hoped it would. A few bare patches under the pines and mud in the driveway and paths is all we're seeing so far. Yesterdays high was 55, today was 63! Hurray! Opened the hatch and let the chickens play in the outdoor pen. They had a good time digging in the mud. We'll be going back to the colder temps for the weekend. Sighing!
