Sally G, your dinner sounds mighty fine to me, too. From the sounds of things, good food all around.

Congrats Tom on the second dose. Hurray! I hope tomorrow and the next finds you feeling fine.

The DO came home from the dentist today with groceries. It's nice that the market was on the way home. Fresh local caught Atlantic cod, along with a huge bok choy, and other goodies, including tomatoes, all of which we could do with. Dinner tonight was Thai inspired, but the DO "suggested" roasted tomatoes with the fish, so not quite authentic. Smiling No problemo.

The fish was cooked with an oyster sauce and soy sauce, (ginger, garlic, vinegar, sugar...) mix. The bok choy had some sesame seed oil cooked with it and hot pepper flakes. The DO cooked the rice. (Always nice.) The result was another fine mess on the plate. The DO made short and complete work of it. I didn't quite polish off my plate. Tasty, healthy, and rather low on the carbs. We skipped the bread. Something crunchy would have been nice, but nothing fried... or burnt... tonight. Chardonnay.
