Tim, I've seen the same thing at my place. I had a bed that was doing very well at 3 years old. Last summer it was glorious, and I was so happy with it. Now it looks terrible. We did have an extremely hard and cold winter, but they should have been ok. I will have to tear the whole thing up and re-do it.
