KaMae8 said:Hello, everyone! I'm new to this group and have immersed myself in the wealth of knowledge you have provided this novice. My real name is Karen, but that was taken. KaMae8 will do just fine though. I live in a region 4b, WI, and needless to say, I likely won't get many rebloomers. There are SO MANY beautiful DLs to choose from, it's a bit overwhelming. LOL I welcome any advice, known grower or cultivars that might do well here. I have started a journal to keep all the great tidbits from here to have at hand from Kathy Rinke, Betty, and Maurice. Thanks again and happy gardening in 2021 Hurray!

Welcome! Karen! Welcome!
As educational as the fertilizing advice is, if I understand right, you're looking for cultivars that have extended bloom seasons in your zone.

My suggestion to you is to check out the forums for blooming daylilies in the Fall season months, and look for cultivars that are growing in the same zone as yours and a couple zones north and south of yours. That's what I've been doing. Smiling Smiling (also for early and extra early bloomers Green Grin! ) Don't go as far South where snow is not typical in the winter, although there are always exceptions to the rule, as far as zones are concerned. Some posts will mention how long the daylilies have been blooming. Smiling

In my gardens, extended blooming spider and unusual form cultivars include:
LILY MUNSTER

MYSTIC PIZZA, extremely long bloomer.

WILD AND WONDERFUL, early/mid season bloomer.

Single cultivars include:
ASHEVILLE SOCIAL BUTTERFLY

BLACK CHERRY GUMDROP

BLACK FURY

BLUEBERRY LEMONADE

CORAL MAJORITY, late season.

EGGPLANT ESCAPADE, really extended.

FINAL TOUCH, late season.

FRANS HALS, late season.

LA VIDA LOCA

LILAC MOONCHILD, mid to late season.

MOROCCAN SAPPHIRE, very late season.

OVER ACHIEVER

RED VOLUNTEER

WAR HORSE

I may have more, but I have a great deal of new ones in 2020, so I don't know about those quite yet.

I don't have this one yet, but GENESTA is a very late cultivar and a big favorite. Smiling

I hope this is helpful. Smiling
