I planted 24 bulbs and not one has surfaced. They arrived late so did not get in the ground 'til late May (zone 6b here in the US) so perhaps the soil was too warm though I doubt it. I am wondering if squirrels and chipmunks may've dug them up like what they do with crocus? I read elsewhere that they can take 2 years to come up so I just have to remember not to plant anything else where I planted them. Who knows...might be a pleasant surprise next Spring.
