You lucked out with some beautiful plants there! Love the 2 clumps of Helenium? flanking both ends. When you transplant will depend on your climate and zone, and where you are located. Fall is usually a good time but how late in the fall will depend on your location and when you get frost. So a bit more information and we can give you advice.
