Congratulations on getting to see your Urn Plant (Aechmea fasciata) bloom! Thumbs up It does sometimes take them a couple of years to produce bracts and flowers; I've never seen one with double bracts like that and it's pretty cool. The little purple flowers that will emerge from the pink bracts will make it even prettier!
