Affectionately known as born pregnant... Plants are capable of producing fertile seed when a mere 2 week old seedling. Mow and spread.
Phylanthes and Fatoua are a couple of plants that require extreme measures to prevent spread.
They call them "nursery weeds"... you purchase plants from the nursery and get these 'free'. Long after the original purchase dies... these remain.
Rather than mowing... I suggest bringing in a ton of woodchips.
Pull an area free of chamberbitter and spread the mulch immediately.
Avoid clearing more area than you have time to mulch.
