Difficult to believe but both these plants are the same genus and species, just different cultivars. Dracaena (sansevieria) ehrenbergii

Here's a weird thing, Dorstenia hildebrandtii with cristate flowers (technically a hypanthodium) growing right out of the leaf mid vein as well as normal flowers growing from the normal place, the leaf petioles/stem joint
