Welcome! Everything looks great to me. You will definitely see some blooms in a few weeks from that cutting. I've never grown under lights personally. My seedlings go dormant with everything else, but your setup looks good to keep them awake. As for the seedlings, I would give them something more balanced, like a 10-10-10 for growth, since you will not be getting blooms for a couple to a few years. No need to bombard them with a high phosphorus fert. Other than that, you got it. Keep us updated.
Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.
