oh you guys, I have never even thought about saving the seeds to gaillardia because mine do come back reliably. I'll mark this thread and remember to deadhead and label the seeds and you'll all be welcome to them. A nursery near me had every gaillardia you can imagine on sale because they had filled the 1 gallon pots and were wilting.
Amber Wheels and Summers Kiss were most impressive.
We don't get much snow in winter but most of my plants are in a heavy clay area with full sun. I'll try to post pics later.
Remember that children, marriages, and flower gardens reflect the kind of care they get.
