I'm sorry to hear of family illness. This is a time when you don't want to hear of anyone being ill.
Mine is pretty simple. It's 2: 36" x 60" tall wire shelves and then I have centered on three shelves a 4 foot long work light. Mine came with chains and you by the bulbs separate. I back mine w a foil car windshield reflector as my foundation is about 110 years old so it helps reflect back and keep some of the breeze at a minimum.

I plug into a power strip on a timer. Maybe not to code or any of that but I has worked for the last umpteen years. Some people run more lights I have t had too much of an issue.
