Vickie inspired me to acquire Valley Monster and I am very happy with it. It begins blooming mid June here and usually goes to the end of July. It is quite a large flower, and the plant itself grows strongly. It's only been here a couple of years, so looking forward to next year to see how much it increases and if it can continue to put on a beautiful show. Here are a few pictures--you can see the dates of when they were taken.
