I have a plumeria that was about 2 feet tall and had two branches. It began to get leaves in spring but they just stopped growing though they never fully opened and never turned yellow or fell off. The main stem began to wrinkle so I dug it up and found no roots left. I cut off the two branches that are both a bit wrinkled and am hardening them off. Do I need to do something about the wrinkles before I plant them? I think the leaves have been starved.
