We have a huge one on the pool deck in Miami Fl. There's quite a few of them here in landscaping. They flower and fruit too.
and drop seeds and they sprout on top of the soil. I picked up one and planted it.
It is still a very small plant .
I used to have a big one as a houseplant: total mite magnet and very spiny.
