I don't think so.
Spend some time looking at the images on this page
Black Rose (Aeonium arboreum 'Zwartkop')
to get an idea of the range to expect, even under very low light conditions. If the plant is not mostly purple, it's not Zwartkop (assuming decent light). This is about as green as my plant ever gets, and only at the very center.
Note leaves are rather long, even in strong light.
