Hi!

I have been trying to identify these plants for a while. This story may sound a bit bonkers but here we go:
I ordered several Dwarf Russian almond from Russia. Two of the seeds germinated, or so I thought. The second seed took forever, even though I saw green. Trying to "help" the seed along, I opened the cap, and to my surprise, two seedlings fell off from the two halves of the almonds. Even though they looked kinda strange, I decided to see if they had enough life in them to get rooted and grow, so I potted the in very well-draining sandy soil. They looked kinda strange, but how many Dwarf Russian almond seedlings had I seen in my life?

After a while the two plants had grown almost not at all. What was going on? I decided to repot them, and then I discovered they had grown orchid-like roots!?!? I then thought - are they orchids? and repotted them in orchid media. One of the plants have grown noticeably since then, but only one leaf - the rest is at an almost standstill..

Anyone got any idea what these plants are? Are they orchids? Are they something different? Clivia?
