Hi all !

I have a monstera cutting (1 leaf) that as been trying to root in moss ending up with rot Sad

I removed it, I cut the soften part of the aerial root, and removed anyway black spotted part of the stick. I placed it in perlite, with water in the bottom that doesn't touch the root. I covered it with a plastic wrap and it rot again after 3 days Crying

I removed it again this morning and removed the brown parts, dip it into a mix of 1 part peroxide + 2 parts water, changed the perlite, dip the aerial root into rooting hormones and placed it back into perlite without a plastic wrap this time. Now I am praying.

Do you think there is still hope ?
