I don't think people will be guerrilla planting female ginkos and vacant lots can grow up in dog fennel or zinnias. Where there is a void "something" will fill it. I had rather have fancy flowers than sticky sand spurs. I see no problem guerrilla planting as long as it's not a noxious plant of some kind. Thumbs up
