Just so you know, Echinacea as a rule does not come true from seed (a few exceptions exist). They are notoriously promiscuous and very few seeds in a pack will yield a plant similar to the parent. Your best bet is to trade for a division of a plant that has flowered and is definitely the plant you want. I can't tell you how many times I got the wrong plant when it started flowering before I learned this.
