Named as in new species. I'm not sure if naming a new species was the problem, or them poaching the around (illegally )

IDing a wild plant is ok, but the usually controversial stuff law stuff comes in when you collect these plants or take them home or poach I thin
I think I know the species of selaginella but I'll have to ind it
