I agree they are beautiful, the colors are amazing. But I wish those people who have the space and want to plant them, please buy the ones that do not reproduce by seeds. Every year I have lots of little crepe myrtle trees from both sides of my neighbors. Sometimes I did not notice them and had to dig larger plants out. I do not want them and I do not have the space for them. Idem with other plants-- Just because you like it, it does not mean that your neighbor likes it too. --
