Hi there, We're young ranchers and plant hobbyists just outside HTX.
Just wanted to throw our hat in the ring and let y'all know we are interested in collecting and propagating various plants and trees as specimens. We love cacti! Anyone in South TX, Devils River area willing to sell cacti cuttings please get in touch! Hearing about all sorts of trouble with poachers down there and concerned about extinction of rare TX cacti! We love all plants really. Have some great natives, hardwoods already but open to exceptional specimens and trading some of ours if anyone is looking. Also interested in orchids, tropical plants, edible plants, fruit trees, purple Wisteria. Definitely looking for hardy, disease resistant everything of course and that's why we're here. Working with other aficionados regionally could save us a bunch of heartache and we'd feel better supporting locals anyways.
