I think this technique is so fascinating. This is very similar to cutting Amaryllis bulb in many pieces to produce more bulbs instead of propagating by seeds. I was able to gather enough courage and did the division on S. Bernstein earlier this week. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hoping they will produce offsets.
