I have explained this several times to people but never as concisely as Angie!! Great job, and this is exactly what I do.
The handy thing is also that you can go back after you have submitted your banner and click on 'discard changes' and the picture is back the way it was before you started messing with it!!
Paul - you have no control over the daily banner - Dave selects the one he wants for that day (or sometimes several days) from all the ones that have been submitted.
