It's great mosquito deterrent . I used it first for sore joints/muscles and discovered it also happed to keep mosquitos at bay too. I use the gel use daily as a defense against mosquitos. Just wanted to pass it along .
I have not seen any advertisements. It's made in Switzerland on the container…I looked up where the green clams are located is NZ and Asia .I think it comes in a powder also according to google…not helpful as a powder for bug bites.
I use the gel and not one bite all summer. Usually by end of July I have mosquito bites everywhere using a variety of other types of bug repellent that never worked.
Just wanted to share my experience with it with fellow 👩‍🌾.
