I feel everyone's pain. Yesterday I chased a young doe out of my Annabelle hydrangea, in the middle of the afternoon. She looked very offended! Last night she returned to finish her meal. I am putting Vicks Vaporub stakes around all the hydrangeas this afternoon, too late for the rest of the daylilies. I've used Deer Off and Liquid Fence repeatedly and clearly both are no longer very efficacious.
