Haven't done much cooking recently. Today first guests arrived, one of whom is the food photographer for a project I'm working on. She traveled in from New Brunswick and was tired so it was a pretty simple meal. I did ask her if she would choose one photo a day from the next 12 days of cooking and photographing that I can post here. Her choice. She did a photo (while complaining of the light) of the appetizer but hasn't made it available to me. So a quick photo from my phone: cod and clams in a mildly spicy tomato broth served on a plate with an unwiped rim, not that I noticed.
