Not sure. It has more of a prostrate than upright growth but early training might make it sweet in your mini garden. We are well into consistent freezing nights now, so it's looking sad, but you might be able to see how it's spread since when that other photo was taken last year.

My green Santolina, however, has a more upright growth habit. it is several years older.
