It sounds like your doin just Hunky Dorey.
They do need a dormant period / sleep , after the leaves turned yellow and have been removed that is what refuels the bulbs to re-bloom, then they are ready for a dormant period once they are pulled out of the pots trim the roots and store in a cool dry place. Always remove the bulblets from the mother bulb to save energy for blooms next :season. Thumbs up
