Hi Sunny and thanks!
My plants all live outside and do hand to hand battle on a daily basis, with forces that wish to disfigure them.
When taking photos I will often frame the picture to exclude those battle scars.

Bc. Green Bird foliage turns burgundy in the winter if it is low on Magnesium and high on sunlight.
In a perfect world , I would apply food once a month during the active growing season (half strength) and Epsom salts once a month year round. Fungicide and insecticide probably 3 times a year. but that's just wishful thinking. I do routinely cut off leaves with sunburn or that are turning yellow.
Dr. Martin Motes has written an excellent book on what to do month by month for your collection. It is geared towards growers in Florida , but there's lots of good advice that could be applied to a collection grown anywhere.
