I bought two DFs of Susan Weber in May of 2020. My experience with it is very similar to that of the posters above. The plant has increased very little. In the spring of 2022, I moved it to a planter with better soil, hoping it would do better. It seemed happy enough there but did not increase significantly and was overshadowed by Dynamite Returns, which I put in the same planter for the same reasons (it hadn't been happy where it was). Susan Weber has shown some rust now and then--another strike against her.

The blooms are sparse--I get a few every June or July, but they are so stunning that I haven't gotten rid of the plant. One characteristic I have noticed is that the initial bloom is usually the prettiest--subsequent blooms sometimes look a bit orangey. I must admit that I did not notice this after I moved Susan Weber to the planter, so it may have been my clay soil that caused the discoloration.

I have obtained another daylily with a similar look (Willow Dean Smith) and better performance, so I may find another home for Susan.
