There are two many ruffles when you have to open the daylily your self. Once in a while is ok but when you have to help it every other day that's not good.
I like the multiple edge daylilies, I do not care for edge with no eye daylilies except the toothie ones.
Most of the new sculpted forms are too wierd for me and I would never buy one or register one myself.

With the number of people messing with daylilies there is no way to know what the next daylily will look like. When you have something thats this easy to work with, we hybridizers will make wierd crosses just to see the results.

I don't really care where daylilies are headed, there will always be something new and interesting, even if we don't like what we see, someone will love it. I don't believe there will ever be a blue daylily, just like there's no pure white.

I grow all forms of daylilies and I like the dip ufs more than any other.
