This was a sunset on Lake Erie in Mentor on the Lake, Ohio. It was a summer photo. There is a bench to sit on there. Unfortunately there is a lot of erosion at this location and a wire fence has been placed to keep people from getting too close to the edge of the cliff. I stood on a bench to snap the photo so you wouldn't see the fence.
Sorry for your freeze. We had one the end of December. It was accompanied by a blizzard like wind.
Fortunately we flew south for a much needed vacation right after it. We had it planned ahead, so we got lucky.
