I was bought this plant by a friend so I'm not sure what species it is. I recently repotted it with fresh soil because the soil has dried out and wasn't holding any water. It's been fine for a few weeks then suddenly it's developed yellow and brown patches on some of the leaves over the last 5-7 days. I'm only watering it when the top cm of soil is dry. Any advice?!
