I've never used an irrigation setup before, just watered by hose but thinking I need to be more efficient & fancier.

I don't have any experience of knowledge of this sort of thing so looking for advice. Weirdly I can't find any similar question here.

I'm not close to any retail place that would sell this sort of thing so can't go look or ask.

I'm interested in practicality, durability, & usability. I'm on a village (municipal) water system.

I've bought seed etc. from fedco before, find them a decent organization, and thinking of buying their 'Garden Irrigation Starter Kit':
https://www.fedcoseeds.com/ogs...
& the 'expansion kit to extend the lines.

I'm growing the usual (& weirder) vegetables and fruit (strawberries, currants, Rubus, some trees); on sandy loam in 5a, my main garden is ~15x75 with some smaller outliers & fruit trees.

Anybody have any advice, reading suggestions or otherthat'd be useful for me?
