This photo seems to be a different cultivar - T. mundula 'Lisa''. Unfortunately that plant is sold with loads of different trade names (including quadricilor, tricolor, rainbow, pink princess...). But the true 'Quadricolor' is a cultivar of T. zebrina so it's larger, and has the characteristic silver bands on the leaves and speckled stems.
