There are so many Hoyas becoming available to the US from Indonesia that I won't even try to guess which it is. But, it does resemble Hoya latifolia from your pic. But,
I'm not saying that is what it definitely is. Once it flowers you might have an easier time with identification. If it's at all possible you might want to contact the restaurant and tell them you admired the Hoya they have outside and would like to know what kind it is. That way you'll know for sure.
