To get the biggest leaves on EE, put it in the ground in a shady but very bright spot, water often so it is always moist. You'll need to dig it up for winter, but eventually it will make enormous leaves. When I lived in OH, I put it in the basement because it didn't have foliage during that time.

I don't think the more ornamental Caladiums make leaves anywhere near the same size.
