I encouraged mine to bloom last year. My advice would be depending on your leaves. If you have more than 4 leaves it should be OK. If you have only 4 the energy they put into the scape and bloom will kill the plant. My earliest was seeing a scape less than a month after germination, and blooming at 2mth. Your photo looks like a ton of leaves, should be fine.

One I saved last year as I let the first bud bloom, but then saw the plant looked really sick so chopped the scape. I thought it died anyway but it bounced back after a few weeks. So, keep an eye on the leaves and how they react to the scape and blooms. Crossing Fingers!

But seeing buds at 3mth, I have a lot of survivors from that kind. I think you should be fine. The blooms will not look as awesome as they do outdoors, however. It is also early enough you can get rebloom later on in the year. Hurray!
